Take Back the Night
I just went to Take Back the Night. It was awesome.

I never got around to posting about Sunday, but last weekend was AWESOME. Giraffe Pat's friend Danielle and her friend Sara came up and I hung out with them. On Sunday, we went splunking in the bat caves! I never knew I had such a passion for caves. Pictures are on Facebook.

What are some other cool caves?

I think I'm going to make my LJ friends only, so if you're lurking get an LJ account and friend me!

Was that the Carlsbad Caverns? Those are awesome. Also, there's Bristol Caverns that I've heard a lot about. I don't know if those are counted as caves though.

Hah-- this is a surprise. Hi, Ariel-- I recognized the e-mail in the comment and figured LJ was the avenue you found me through. Thought I'd say hi.

Regarding the comment -- only ten hours in Earthbound? Did you just plain not dig it, then? It seems like a game that has only two kinds of audience: those who adore it and those who simply loathe it. If you enjoyed it even remotely, you should spend an afternoon with it, sometime-- it goes from a cute, charming little RPG to full-on mindblowing in the second half.

Your blog is fantastic, by zee way.

No, I loved it! I just always would start the game and forget about it. (I think I have a save file three hours in on this computer.) I loved the beginning, and the cheesy WTF moments you get only in Japanese games.
