Very Serious Business
I have a very important choice to make today.

What am I going to bring to my anthropology potluck tomorrow? I must show off my good cooking skills!!!!!!!!!

I'm reviewing my Facebook food albums to aid in my decision making. Anyone have any nominations? I'm thinking the "fucking awesome" chocolate cake I made Erin for her birthday, focaccia bread, or a berry crisp made with the blueberries I picked last weekend and the blackberries/raspberries growing outside my window.

[info]giraffepat, I especially wish to consult you before I make this very important life altering decision.

When I asked the class if anyone had any food issuse/allergies, he said, "Just don't bring anything vegan."

I may make the chocolate chip cookies that are on the side of Silk soy milk cartons. It's really unhealthy, but I have all of the ingrediants so I won't have to go to the store. Plus it'd be easier to carry on my bike than a cake.

LOL, it sort of reminds me of Christopher Hitchcock. I was going say the berry crisps since I can't imagine anyone hating fresh-grown berries, but chocolate chip cookies sound like something the class may enjoy. After all, it's a party, and I'm not sure how things work in WA since my father's high school days, but I know around here most people aren't worried about health when they are at a party. Good luck with the party.

Thanks!

My friend Quinn and I ended up making some random cookies with oatmeal/chocolate chips/coconut butter after dinner tonight, and I took some to bring tomorrow. They are quite yummy, we ate our fill!
